The holiday season is upon us. And during this time I'll be posting tips and recipes for holiday entertaining, and cooking.
If you noticed we posted a new recipe to kick things off. The shrimp hushpuppies on skewers are a great hors d' oeuvre recipe for your parties over the season. I like to serve them standing up in a teepee formation with some asian sweet chili sauce drizzled on the plate and a ramekin of sauce on the side for dipping . You can garnish with finely chopped chives. Now remember when frying the hushpuppies, fry a few at a time don't overcrowd them for best results and serve on white square or rectangular plates for service. I'm sure you'll impress your guests.
